ePlay 2 line out and optical out to amplifier or powered speakers without sound

If you cannot hear any audio when using ePlay 2 for line output or optical output to power amplifiers and active speakers, please follow the steps below.
    1. Make sure ePlay 2 is properly connected to the power source and has started up normally.
    2. Check whether the power amplifier or active speaker is turned on and the volume has been adjusted to the appropriate level.
    3. Make sure the line output or optical output is properly connected to the power amplifier or powered speakers. Check for loose connections or misplugged connections.
    4. Check the audio settings of your amplifier or powered speakers. Make sure the audio input has been selected to the correct input interface (line input or optical input).
    5. Adjust ePlay 2 volume controls. Make sure the volume is not muted and is turned up to a sufficient level.
    6. Try using another audio device connected to the power amplifier or powered speakers to confirm whether the problem is with ePlay 2 Pro.
    7. Try replacing other cables or optical fibers to connect ePlay 2 and power amplifier/speakers to eliminate any possible cable failure.
