If you cannot hear any audio when using ePlay 2 for line output or optical output to power amplifiers and active speakers, please follow the steps below.
-
- Make sure ePlay 2 is properly connected to the power source and has started up normally.
- Check whether the power amplifier or active speaker is turned on and the volume has been adjusted to the appropriate level.
- Make sure the line output or optical output is properly connected to the power amplifier or powered speakers. Check for loose connections or misplugged connections.
- Check the audio settings of your amplifier or powered speakers. Make sure the audio input has been selected to the correct input interface (line input or optical input).
- Adjust ePlay 2 volume controls. Make sure the volume is not muted and is turned up to a sufficient level.
- Try using another audio device connected to the power amplifier or powered speakers to confirm whether the problem is with ePlay 2 Pro.
- Try replacing other cables or optical fibers to connect ePlay 2 and power amplifier/speakers to eliminate any possible cable failure.
