WARRANTY #

IEAST (International) Limited provides a one-year warranty service for the OLIO Streamming audio receiver from the date of purchase. If the product does not meet the specifications listed in this manual, the original buyer has the right to enjoy our warranty service. Once a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will provide free repair or replacement services. This warranty clause is designed specifically for the original purchaser and is non transferable.

If you need to apply for warranty service, please contact your local IEAST dealer first. If you are unable to contact us, please send an email to our customer service email: support@ieast.net . Before contacting us, please properly package the faulty product and prepay all transportation and insurance costs, and send it to the address designated by IEAST (International) Limited. Be sure to prominently mark the RA number outside the shipping box, and attach your name, address, phone number, copy of the original sales invoice, and a detailed description of the malfunction inside the box.

Please note that IEAST is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transportation. If the product is damaged due to abuse, unauthorized modification, or unauthorized repair, this warranty will no longer apply.

This warranty clause will replace all previous verbal or written, explicit or statutory warranty agreements. IEAST does not provide any other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, suitability for specific purposes, or non infringement of the product. According to this warranty clause, the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the repair or replacement of the product, as expressly provided in this clause. Under no circumstances shall IEAST be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from product defects, including but not limited to loss of profits, property damage, and compensation for personal injury within the scope permitted by law.

Please note that certain regions and specific countries may not allow the exclusion or limitation of the duration of implied warranties, so the above restrictions may not apply to all users. This warranty clause grants you specific legal rights, but you may have additional rights due to regional and country differences.

Welcome to IEAST wireless Hi-Fi

Introduction #

IEAST oliostream is an innovative Wi-Fi&Bluetooth Hi-Fi Streaming audio receiver. which is able to turn your current speakers, soundbars and home theatre speakers into a Wireless Multi-Room Sound System by connecting to your home WiFi Network.

We provides iOS and Android App offers the easiest and best user-friendly experience for music streaming and multi-room sound system set up.When you add another IEAST receiver to your network, you can establish a connection between the different devices in Wi-Fi. You can play your music in all the rooms simultaneously or a different music in each room, as you wish.

If you don’t have a WiFi network, you can use Bluetooth to connect to your audio device.

Interface #

Multi-function button:

- Short press to switch mode, WIFI/BT,
- Wifi mode, long press 3s to enter Wi-Fi pairing mode,
- BT mode, long press 3s to enter BT pairing mode.

Indicator light:

Wi-Fi mode: Green

Router not connected: flashing green.

Wi-Fi network configuration mode: flashing green.

Successfully connected to the router: steady green.

BT mode: Blue

BT pairing mode: blue flashing.

BT connected device: steady blue.

Restore factory settings: green and blue display alternately.

Wiring Connections #

Prerequisites #

Network #

- Your network must have a internet connection, as the device is designed to utilise free, online software updates.
- IEAST oliostream communicate via a 2.4GHz /5GHz home network with support for 802.11 b/g/n/ac/wireless technology.

Router #

- High-speed DSL/cable modem, or fibre-to- the-home broadband connection for proper playback of internet-based music services.
- Different routers provide different levels of performance. Please use a good wireless router to achieve the best possible perfor- mance.

iOS&Andriod Smart Phone/Pad #

- Turn on the wifi mode of the device and connect to your network.
- Turn off the vpn of the device. • Download and install the IEAST app.

4.Important tips for device connection #

The device is connected to the network via BLE

- Open IEAST APP, for Android device, the system will ask for permission to use GPS data & File storage, please click accept to continue. This GPS permission is setup by Google for BLE usage, once setup is finish you can go to system settings and disable it, file storage permission is to let IEAST access your audio files store in your mobile.
- Once connection is finished, it will automatically check for new updates,Please follow the prompts to update to the latest firmware.

The device is connected to the network via Direct connection

If BLE cannot find your device, APP will prompt you to setup by WiFi.

Please click “alternate way to setup” and do the following:

- Allow to open the GPS of phone&pad.
- Goto your phone&pad WiFi settings and search for IEAST oliostream_xxxx WiFi and connect.
- Go back to IEAST APP and select the router SSID you want your IEAST device connect to (enter password if required) and select continue.

Note:that the operating system of the phone or pad is Android 5.0 or above, the app will ask you if you are allowed to use the network of the IEAST audio system, please choose yes, if not, you may not able to set up successfully. It may also ask you to authorize other things, please choose yes or it may affect your use.

Pair with Bluetooth device #

Bluetooth mode, please swtich to bluetooth via app or by key, then find bluetooth device IEAST oliostream XXXX from your phone bluetooth setting and pair it.

APP to switch BT mode

Note:The device supports the source mode memory function, which will record the source mode before the last shutdown. The source mode before the last shutdown will be saved when the machine is turned on next time.

Important safety instructions #

- Follow all instructions.
- Do not use this product near water.
- Operating temperature (˚C) 5–40Humidity (%) no condensation 30–90
- Minimum distances around the product for suffi- cient ventilation, 10cm.
- Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other product that produce heat.
- Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the product has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the product, the product has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
